We’re Hiring: Female Outreach & Engagement Lead

Part-time (16 hrs/week) • Tower Hamlets • £32,593 pro rata

We’re looking for a warm, proactive organiser to help women seeking sanctuary access our Touching Safe Ground programme - weekly sessions of trauma-informed yoga and English for wellbeing in East London.

You’ll:

  • Reach out to GP surgeries, asylum hostels, community and legal services to connect with women

  • Welcome and support women at weekly sessions and outings

  • Recruit and coordinate our brilliant volunteer team

  • Build local partnerships and referral pathways

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident in community outreach and partnership building

  • Organised, empathetic and proactive

  • Experienced in working with at-risk groups (ideally refugees/asylum seekers)

  • Passionate about empowering women and building inclusive communities

Contract: 1-year fixed-term with potential to extend up to 4 years
