Our projects support social cohesion and wellbeing, combating isolation in and around Globe Town in Tower Hamlets.

We promote cross-cultural collaboration, encourage local residents to develop their skills and wellbeing, and emphasise the arts and culture to benefit residents and their wider community. The heart of all of our projects is responding to local needs while helping people build connections with themselves and each other.

Previous projects

Our previous work has included a benefits advice service, drama projects helping ex-offenders reintegrate into their families and community, wellbeing projects covering martial arts, mindfulness for chronic pain and support for isolated elderly people, and our 'Bounce back to work' employability scheme helping isolated women back into employment, as well as an interfaith project for local women. The heart of all of our projects is responding to local needs while helping people build connections with themselves and each other. You can read more about our work in our latest annual report.

I really love the group participation and sharing – confidence and how to deal with our fears. Hoping there will be another course soon.
